We have been so pleased with the start-to-finish service from Evolution Heating and Air Conditioning. Scheduling our estimate was quick. Installation quicker. Diego was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all our questions. He was on-site checking progress and installation. The installation crew was respectful of our space and did a great job with clean up. Rose and Marissa had great customer service and were so friendly. What a great overall experience.
We had a great experience with Evolution. We had a Mitsubishi mini split system installed for 2 downstairs bedrooms and a large upstairs bonus room. Because Evolution is a Mitsubishi Diamond contractor, we have an extended warranty. The Evolution estimate was 25% lower than the estimate from another Mitsubishi Diamond contractor and included units one step up from the other estimate. Unlike the other contractor, which tried to sell a maintenance plan, they showed us how to easily clean the units. The installation team was efficient, polite, and worked well together. They covered all the floors and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.
Evolution heating and air conditioning is a 5-star company. We had issues with our AC, and they sent a technician the same day to come repair it. The technician, Ricky, was sent out, and he determined the problem to be the thermostat after checking the components. We purchased a new one from them, and our AC is back and working great! Rose and Valerie were helpful on the phone as well, and Rose gave us a fair price on the new thermostat. Ricky even went to purchase it, came back, and installed it rather quickly. He made sure to stick around and make sure it was functioning properly. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, Ricky, Rose, and Valerie! I will continue to use Evolution for all my HVAC needs and refer friends and family to them. Give them a try, I can assure you, you will be pleased with their service!
Just had my unit serviced by Evolution, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I called, they were professional and even got a technician out the same day. They kept me updated through text the entire time. Ricky, the technician, arrived right on time, was very professional, diagnosed the issue with my furnace, and fixed it on the spot. Brian is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced HVAC professional I’ve met. I had an old hydronics system that stumped most licensed contractors, but not Evolution. The technicians on the day were skillful and respectful, and I don’t think I would have received a higher quality total system from anyone else!

Had our AC & heating unit replaced by Evolution H&A in Fullerton, CA. From the beginning meeting with Diego, the sales rep, to the end with Tim & Luis, the technicians, everything went smoothly for us as customers!
